A huge thanks goes out to the crew who helped to established the IQ Community Organic Garden, with all involved gaining experience in weed control, propagation, composting, organic fertilising, irrigation and pumping systems, harvesting and maintenance; and socialising.
The garden establishment was supported by a sponsored project involving BETC (Ballina Employment and Training Centre), & with funding support through DEWR (Dept Employment and Workplace Relations) from 2003-2007.
